When were these 3 emails sent?
What page are you referring to? If
http://www.debian.org/distrib/pre-installed then did you include
all the requested information from the end of the page?

The address should be webmaster@debian.org - Webmster@debian.org
should return an error message. You can also try debian-www@debian.org,
as listed at the bottom of the page.
