To whom it may concern - The Gentoo Foundation is currently seeking to construct a set of By-Laws that can be used for our 501(c)(6) not-for-profit status. The Foundation trustees are very interested in how similar distributions have constructed their By-Laws. Does the Debian Project have any such By- Laws, and if so, are they publically available?
