The correct term is "copyright misuse".  Google finds lots of hits.

Also worth looking at is misuse of trademark:

It seems to me that using a copyright license to expand rights to a
trademark beyond those protected under trademark law is quite analogous to
using a contract to expand rights to a patent beyond those protected under
patent law.
