Yes, it just adds more weight. I was referring to for example, Exim,
which tells you:

220 master.debian.org ESMTP Exim 3.12 #1 Tue, 27 Aug 2002 17:19:07 -0500
250-master.debian.org Hello <censored>
250-SIZE 20480000
250-PIPELINING
250 HELP

Sendmail says, "pleased to meet you". And qmail tells you it supports
PIPELINING and 8BITMIME, and nothing else.
