This may be more like embarrassment bug, but /debian/dists/potato/Release
file on the archive says something like this:

  Version: 2.2r3
  Codename: potato
  Date: Tue, 06 Nov 2001 21:19:32 UTC

Worse yet, /debian/dists/Debian2.2r4/Release file says the same and
its last modified time on http.us.debian.org is 16-Apr-2001 13:32.
