If you want to resolve that problem, please launch another general resolution. The only intent of this general resolution is to define an open policy for the #debian-* channels (except #debian-private which is not open to everyone, please also note that the purpose of that #debian-private channel is NOT (yet) defined). I hope that this clarification will avoid a big useless flamefest.
