Of course it's impossible and should be avoided at all cost, even if
Debian eventually collapses due to the last developer's death (in age
of 97). A typical new Debian developer should wait no less time, than
the thime between two major Debian releases. Or, better, this time
should be doubled.

Excellent proposition! Stop these irrelevant people, all of them want
only these ultracool @debian.org addresses!

You're not too radical. I would propose to close Debian entirely to the
time it has _no bugs at all_!
