You have to realize it will be different from the other ports, in that it won't ship the operating system, but only sections of the userland. I certainly wouldn't mind having dpkg and things like vim and bash packaged for win32. (I know a couple of people are porting dpkg to that environment, I have no idea what their progress is though).
