   * What led up to the situation?

Adding USB local printer via Web interface (i.e. adding printer in KDE Plasma
work well)

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Used function to add local printer connected by USB. After selecting printer on
next page is incorrect URI with strange chars.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

Not usable URI for printer, so can't add printer.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Correct URI for local printer, to possibility adding it.


BUG looks exactly like reported one in OpenPrinting GITHUB:
https://github.com/OpenPrinting/cups/issues/998
