Bug#1084195: CUPSv3

Hi,

there won't be any transition from cups-filters 1.x to cups-filters 2.x. 
For whatever reason upstream decided to rename cups-filters to 
libcupsfilters2.

libcupsfilters2 belongs to the CUPSv3 family of packages. These packages 
are far from being usable at all, so nothing external should depend on 
any of them. They will be introduced one after the other and the last 
upload will be cups3, maybe sometime next year.

Therefore for Trixie the CUPSv2 family of packages will be still 
responsible for printing and gnome should only depend on those.
