I was thinking, you can put
https://support.epson.net/linux/Printer/LSB_distribution_pages/en/escpr.php
as the first argument in watch, that is the so-called directory page.
Then put this link
https://download.ebz.epson.net/dsc/du/02/DriverDownloadInfo.do?LG2=JA&CN2=US&CTI=176&PRN=Linux%20src%20package&OSC=LX&DL
as the link to search for, the second argument in the watch file.
Maybe use some regex, e.g., search only for: PRN=Linux%20src%20package
After that somehow with those mangle options read the version after this
second link redirects. I don't know if this is possible.
