Tried to install the specific package on a bullseye distro 

(sudo apt-get install libcups2:2.2.10-6+deb10u6

), got this error.

E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'libcups2:2.2.10-6+deb10u6'

Tried to verify on buster that the package was indeed available and found that even on this version the package is not found

   * What was the outcome of this action?

See above

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Find the library and install it
