Dear Maintainer,

     ineffective)?

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

*** End of the template - remove these template lines ***

`cups-browsed` can no longer create local queues for discovered printers, because root (which the daemon runs as)
now has no implicit permission in `cupsd` to do so. It is now required for root to be in the `lpadmin` group or
to be otherwise explicitly allowed.

See https://github.com/OpenPrinting/cups/issues/306 for details.
