CUPS: Omit i386 packages of cups and cups-core-drivers only on Ubuntu

Hi,

in Ubuntu, a CUPS package version 2.3.0-7ubuntu1 (see below) got uploaded to 
omit certain binary packages on i386. Could you integrate it in the Debian 
package, so that we can sync CUPS from Debian again? Thanks.
