Today, cups-browsed simply isn’t running (according to “ps ax”),
but I don’t have a segfault in dmesg or ANYTHING about it in
syslog and can’t find a coredump either. I did:
--- /etc/init.d/cups-browsed
+++ /etc/init.d/cups-browsed

log_begin_msg "Starting $DESC: $NAME"
mkdir -p `dirname "$PIDFILE"`
+ulimit -c unlimited
start-stop-daemon --start --oknodo --background $SSD_OPTIONS --exec $DAEMON
log_end_msg $?
