Bug#928936: ghostscript: CUPS PDF printing (using pdftopdf) broken

Dear maintainers & security folks,

The 9.26a~dfsg-0+deb9u3 update has broken printing of PDFs on a number
of systems that we maintain. The PDF files are printed simply using "lp
-d$printer foo.pdf". This results in the filters failing and the job
getting stopped.
