Thanks for your report, Mike. 

Please say what the LibreOffice print dialog shows you with

 * The default Debian installation.
 * The default Debian installation but cups-browsed is stopped.
 * LocalQueueNamingRemoteCUPS RemoteName is uncommented and cups-browsed
   is running.

On unstable would be good.
