cups currently fails to build within the reproducible environment. It is
affected by two issues in its test-suite:

+domain_host

Changing the hostname makes the httpAddrGetList($hostname) test fail. My
understanding is that it tries to get a list of IPs for a given
hostname.

Reproducible-builds people: Is reprotest setting the IP for its fake
hostname? Should it not? 

+locales

This doesn't seem to fail regularly; but when it does, it fails with:
	FAIL - no message catalog loaded

In other words, CUPS is reproducible when built using the following
command:
	reprotest --vary="-domain_host,-locales" .

I'd welcome inputs from more C-fluent people.
