On cups-browsed 1.21.4-4 an IPP printer is now displayed permanently in
the 'lpstat -a' output. Looks good and exactly what we want. I would
normally close a bug like this, except
1. Looking at changelog.gz, I haven't a clue what caused the change in
behaviour.
2. #909423 (which I will post about later) has now changed its character.
Perhaps waiting to see whether this holds up wouldn't be a bad idea,
