This is to be expected, this is unstable, and there is an ongoing
python3.7 transition. There is no need to file bugs like this - the
packages receive binNMUs, and the bugs just pointlessly add another
step of closing them (and they can't be closed with a proper version
as binNMUs are not tracked in the bug tracker).

If you don't want to see transitions like that, use testing.
