using 3.18.10+dfsg0-2, cups not running.

$ scanimage -L
device `hpaio:/net/hp_officejet_pro_8710?ip=192.168.9.241&queue=false' is a Hewlett-Packard hp_officejet_pro_8710 all-in-one

Scanning works.
