regarding debootstrap:  syntax error: unknown user 'hplip' in statoverride file

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

This version of Debian and hplip is no longer supported, so closing.
If considered necessary, please submit a new report based on the hplip
version in unstable.
