Hello Debian Printing team,

Could it be possible for you to provide a backported version of HPLipfor Stretch?

I've an HP Envy 5030 printer that needs HP Lip version 3.17.9 to work. Iknow I can install printer driver from HP website but it's more uglythan managing my drivers from the Debian repository.
