Bug#823110: cups-filters: Versioned dependency on imagemagick makes using graphicsmagick harder

Versioned Provides are now supported, so graphicsmagick can just Provide
the appropriate version of imagemagick.

Sure, then the versioned alternative will be fine.

I don't see the point: we'd still want to recommend that package, so
it's installed by default without making it a requirement. Just keeping
it inside the cups-filter package gets the same dependencies in the end,
while keeping things simpler.
