Bug#847462: the problem is with CUPS

This gives an error on my system:

lpadmin: Unable to copy PPD file.

but this one works:

# lpadmin -p PDF -v cups-pdf:/ -E -o pdftops-renderer-default=pdftocairo -m lsb/usr/cups-pdf/CUPS-PDF.ppd

(note the missing _opt in the PPD name).

The file produced in the PD directory when printing from Firefox is
perfect when simple text and images are involved.

With complex layout, some text is superimposed on other but this is
probably due to Firefox, or to an incorrect css:
