kernel: [11496.220535] ipp[9459]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f6a401ca913 sp 00007fffc32b3590 error 4 in ipp[7f6a401c0000+f000]

Perhaps that the network printer starting,  is not yet accessible.

Not reproducible.

Support for Wheezy has come to an end and this issue does not appear to
be a problem on more recent versions of cups.
