Every PS file should set the correct page size
using <</PageSize [XXX YYY]>>setpagedevice.
The %%BoundingBox comment is highly unreliable,
poorly defined, and often wrong. if you have a special
batch of files that depend on %%BoundingBox, they
should be preprocessed to convert this information to
PostScript. Ghostscript works as designed.
