Re: Bug#816700: foomatic-filters-beh and cups-filters: error when trying to install together

foomatic-filters I have discontinued upstream, as it seems that the only 
printing environment used in Linux nowadays is CUPS.

Loosing beh in the upstream world by that I decided to re-introduce it 
in cups-filters (where foomatic-rip also has its upstream home now). In 
cups-filters I have ported it to C, to not need to introduce a new 
dependency on Perl.

For getting an upstream-maintained version of everything in Debian I 
recommend:

- Drop foomatic-filters, everything needed is in cups-filters now
- Add appropriate Breaks:.../Replaces:... to the binary packages of 
cups-filters which contain foomatic-rip and beh, so that updates do the 
appropriate replacements.
