Debian GIT repo of foomatic-db updated

Hi,

I have updated the Debian GIT repo for the foomatic-db package to the 
upstream source of today, version 20160212. It is ready for upload to 
Debian. I appreciate if you could do this upload in the next days so 
that it syncs into Ubuntu before Feb 18, Feature Freeze for Ubuntu 16.04 
LTS (Xenial).
