Please release the cups-filters 1.4.0-2 Debian package

Hi,

In the Debian GIT repo for cups-filters I have split the Braille 
printing stuff into its own binary package cups-filters-braille, to fix

and to easily fit the new cups-filters package into Ubuntu.

I would appreciate if you could upload this to Debian soon so that it 
syncs into Ubuntu, as it is needed for further development work on Ubuntu.
