I wonder why it says "AvantGarde-Boo-isok" while the file has
"/AvantGarde-Book-iso". Anyway, Ghostscript 8.71 from Debian 6
and upstream's Ghostscript 9.14 both say:

  Substituting font AvantGarde-Book for AvantGarde-Boo-isok.

and do not yield any fatal error.
