Are you sure the host is running Squeeze? From the error_log

   D [21/Feb/2014:14:48:48 -0800] [CGI] envp[11] = "SOFTWARE=CUPS/1.5.3"

This indicates a Wheezy version of cups.

A possible ipp backend problem.

    ipp14://printserver-ip/printers/printername
