No problem, please do.I do not really no for what this file is good. It simply came in with the pdftoopvp filter which was hosted separately before the introduction of cups-filters.
If it turns out to be vital that this not be done with 99pdftoopvp.conf, it would be a good idea to add a comment explaining why to the file. (It would also be nice if there was a comment explaining what the filename is supposed to mean, as it's really non-obvious even after looking at the file.
