cups seems to have problem whit RenderGDI that makerastertosamsungspl crash and my xerox 3210 unusable,

Unfortunately, neither of the rastertosamsungspl binary or the spl2.c 
source are part of Debian; the crash happens in a third-party package 
that you have installed and there's nothing CUPS can do about this, 
sorry.

You might have some chance trying to use the printer-driver-splix 
(splix) drivers instead.
