Bug#716830: Wrong colors are printed on arm device using hpcups

Could you try the step https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems
Particularly:
Capturing print job data
Getting the data which would go to the printer

Both from an arm and from an i386/amd64 ? Run a diff on it is possible
