This patch doesn't work. I get the following error:
$ lpr bfrange-test.pdf
lpr: Error - add '/version=1.1' to server name.
while I have
ServerName lip-printserver1.lip.ens-lyon.fr/version=1.1
in the /etc/cups/client.conf file.
