Today I can confirm. The problem is in the PPD generated.After a substitution of the default ppd (generated by debian package) with the other ppd (generated by hplip) the margins are printed as expected. I haven't the know-how to understand what cause the problem, but the problem is showed in the diff of two PPDs attached above.
ps: please read "your website" as "hplip website" :)
