If that's the case, asking the bug reporter to actually provide this
information should happen before downgrading the severity. And that's what the
"moreinfo" tag says, it's not "encoded" in severity.

4 is absolutely unproven as we don't have [+1] links.
5 is not a bug-severity criteria.
In _any_ case, you should really always provide the justification when
changing bug severities and keep [0,1] in mind when doing so.
Finally, according to the initial reporter, for him "printing several
documents is not possible anymore", this is still a quite serious problem
IMHO.
