Poppler project does just gathering CMap data from Adobe, so it is almost
same thing as Adobe does. Not better, but not worse.
Poppler-data is installed by most users who needs adobe-cmap-* and gs-cjk-
resource packages, if poppler-data can provide files from those, users don't
need to install another package, so they can handle packages much easier.
Just install poppler-data by default, and that's all - it's benefit for users.
