Refactoring action 1 - Renaming printer driver packages - Status update

Hi all,

as you might have seen from the recent activity on debian-printing@l.d.o, I
have been working to push this "action 1" trough, so here is a status update
for it:

 - All printer driver packages under the Debian Printing Team umbrella have
been renamed to printer-driver-*, nominally to:

	printer-driver-c2050
	printer-driver-c2esp
	printer-driver-escpr
	printer-driver-foo2zjs
	printer-driver-m2300w
	printer-driver-pnm2ppa
	printer-driver-ptouch
	printer-driver-pxljr
	printer-driver-sag-gdi

 - In the process, short descriptions, relationships, sections and priorities
   have been unified.
 - In the process, some of those have seen new upstream updates, nominally:
   epson-inkjet-printer-escpr and foo2zjs.
 - Meta-packages have been uploaded as `printer-driver-all` and `printer
driver-all-enforce`, the latter having "Depends" instead of "Recommends"
for the sake of transitions (as britney (currently) doesn't check
installability of Recommends). Those metapackages currently _don't_
Recommend printer drivers that are not named as above (and I intend to keep
   it that way.)

Remaining tasks for this "Action 1":

 - Cleanup archive overrides, as all "transitional packages" have been moved
   to extra/oldlibs.
 - Update reverse dependencies of all the transitional packages to the new
meta packages (that should be an update of foomatic-db mostly).
 - File bugs (at severity `normal`) against packages not under the team
umbrella to get those renamed too; eventually provide patches.
 - Get all that migrated to testing.

Any comment, other idea ?

Cheers,
