I suspect this is
http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=690101 but I was not
able to reproduce it.  I tried the following:

			-dcupsBitsPerColor=8 -dcupsColorOrder=0 \
			-dcupsColorSpace=1 -dcupsRowStep=1 \
			-dcupsInteger0=26 -scupsString0=PlainNormalColor \
			-scupsPageSizeName=A4 -c -f -_ >out 2>err
	echo $?

with ghostscript being version 8.71~dfsg2-9.  If you can reproduce
it this way, please attach the PDF; otherwise, we will have to figure
out something else.  Thanks.
