Yes that is the correct file. (Note to others just downloading it now.
It might have been updated during the last hours.)

The error message is not printed to the terminal using
gs -dSAFER irw.ps
but without that option `-dSAFER` it is printed. I am not using
`evince-gtk` but `evince` 2.30.3-3, so if it is the same version it
might be that more debugging things are enabled when compiling with
GConf and GNOME Keyring support.
