foo2zjs: merge the last Ubuntu changes

Hi there!

Before completely abandoning foo2zjs maintenance, I would like to merge
the last Ubuntu changes, which, according to the latest package
available in natty (20110210dfsg-1ubuntu2) are:

* debian/control: Dropped dependency on mscompress on the merge from Debian,
  re-added it.

  I still do not understand this, since as I explained previously,
  first, the code where msexpand is called is never executed and,
  second, msexpand from foo2zjs is not the same as the one from
  mscompress:

    <http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?archive=yes&bug=594322#20>

  Please note that on a clean sid (as well as Ubuntu natty) chroot, if
  /usr/bin/msexpand is not present there are no errors with `getweb
  [cpwl|pageworks]`.

* debian/rules: Hide menu entry for the paper-out resetter for the HP
  LaserJet 1018/1020 and improve UI text for this menu entry.

  I wanted to separate this into two parts, but I could not find what
  does "improve UI text for this menu entry" means.

  Anyway, the "hide menu entry for the paper-out resetter" part was
  #579154, to which I still not agree, but given that I am abandoning
  maintenance and it seems I am the one of few who thinks that having
  menu entries are useful, I implemented it as a patch:

    <http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/foo2zjs?view=rev&revision=272>
    <http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/foo2zjs?view=rev&revision=273>
    <http://bugs.debian.org/620188>

* debian/local/apport-hook.py, debian/rules: Add apport hook.

  This is easy, given that Till already added a distribution check
  before installing the Apport hook. However, as Didier suggested, I
  preferred to use `dpkg-vendor --derives-from Ubuntu`, which is already
  in place for other printing packages, e.g. footmatic-filters:

    <http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?archive=yes&bug=594322#65>
    <http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/foo2zjs?view=rev&revision=271>

Version 20110210dfsg-2 has just been uploaded to unstable ;-)

Thx, bye,
Gismo / Luca
