Sorry, I made a mistake.
It seems that Ghostscript(libgs9-common) provides useless (empty)
cidfmap at /usr/share/ghostscript/9.01/Resource/Init/. However, the
priority of this path is higher than /var/lib/ghostscript/fonts.
$ gs -h | sed -ne '/^Search path:/,/^[^ ]/{/^ /p}'
/usr/share/ghostscript/9.01/Resource/Init :
/usr/share/ghostscript/9.01/lib :
/usr/share/ghostscript/9.01/Resource/Font :
/usr/share/ghostscript/fonts : /var/lib/ghostscript/fonts :
/usr/share/cups/fonts : /usr/share/ghostscript/fonts :
/usr/local/lib/ghostscript/fonts : /usr/share/fonts
When I removed original cidfmap at /u/share/g/9/R/I/, gs/dvips/ps2pdfwr
runs fine.
I think that changing priority may cause some problems, so simple
solution is removing this file. Is it needed?

I don't know detail. Is it no longer needed?
# change cidfmap to FAPI?
