Bug#496070: [ghostscript] opentypefont

This issue has severe real-life impact for browsing the web! The 
attached screenshots show the bottom of the <http://www.osnews.com/> 
page displayed with iceweasel 3.5.16-4, once without my patch (i.e. 
without Truetype fonts, Helvetica mapped to Type1 Nimbus Sans) and 
once with my patch (i.e. with Truetype fonts, Helvetica mapped to 
Truetype Nimbus Sans). Please have a look e.g. at how the Name "Adam 
Scheinberg" is rendered, the improvement is overwhelming.
