In the meantime (yeah, as usual a bit slow), I continued importing the
remaining Ubuntu changes:

11) wait for 3 seconds when loading firmware

12) upstream 'getweb' now installs ICM files into the directories of the
    correct drivers (I slightly modified Till's patch)
