Bug#518227: Missing text HP Deskjet F4180

I have the same/similar problem with the HP Deskjet F4180 printing from 
gedit.
The first page prints fine. The second and subsequent pages have the 
bottom line cut off. It appears that the header on those pages includes 
an extra blank line at the top of the page.
