Package: hpijs Version: 2.6.10+1.6.10-2 Severity: minor Since switching to hpijs with CUPS I get this in the log whenever I print: hpijs: WARNING: printmode mismatch with pen, tray, etc. Other than that, the printing seems to be OK. I just did a modify printer to reload the latest drivers. Make and Model: HP LaserJet 8100 Foomatic/hpijs - HPLIP 1.6.10 Printer State: idle, accepting jobs, published. Device URI: hp:/net/HP_LaserJet_8100_Series?ip=10.4.0.13 I chose HP JetDirect for the connection. The printer is on a network and is an 8100N. I've hunted around some on the lists, but don't know what's causing this. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (50, 'unstable'), (40, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17-2-k7 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages hpijs depends on: ii gs-esp 8.15.3.dfsg.1-1 The Ghostscript PostScript interpr ii gs-gpl 8.54.dfsg.1-5 The GPL Ghostscript PostScript int ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-7 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.1.1-19 GCC support library ii libjpeg62 6b-13 The Independent JPEG Group's JPEG ii libsnmp9 5.2.3-2 NET SNMP (Simple Network Managemen ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8c-3 SSL shared libraries ii libstdc++6 4.1.1-19 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libusb-0.1-4 2:0.1.12-2 userspace USB programming library hpijs recommends no packages. -- no debconf information

If this is not the case, could I ask you to install the current version of hpijs from testing/ unstable and reopen with further details. Thanks, MarkAttachment: signature.asc
