Do you need to become a member of the group lpadmin?

Per the instructions located at:
/usr/share/doc/cups/README.txt.gz


If this is the case then we need to make that more explicit in the hplip installation.

Oliver, Michael, could I ask you both to check and see if the lpadmin group assists?
