When you click on the "View documentation..." button ar hp-toolbox, it
opens
a browser window at file:///usr/share/doc/hplip-doc/HTML/index.html but
hplip-doc it's not a dependency and so it's not installed, resulting on a
"File not found".

hplip-doc is a Suggested package for hplip which will fix this issue.
